Importance of vitamin D

This is actually the first full fall + winter I spend in Sweden since 2008. Half way thru I felt really low in general, I had constant food cravings and I was so tiered but I never really thought this could be down to the lack of sunlight and vitamin D but now I'm pretty sure it was. Spending so long time in Australia made me so used to really soak up the sun a few times a week hence why the darkness during winter here has been so hard. Since I came to the realization that this was the reason for my tieredness I went and bought some vitamin D and I have actually felt better on them :) so I really recommend taking vitamin d during winter if you live in a country with less sun hours during winter xoxo
